This charming 500 year old Grade II listed thatched cottage in the heart of picturesque South Devon has been recently renovated to include modern facilities, yet retaining a wealth of exposed beams, an open fire and plenty of character. Only 2.5 miles from the coast, it is an ideal location from which to explore the beautiful South Devon countryside and all its attractions.
Entrance is through the Conservatory, which was re-fitted in 2002, and allows visitors to enjoy the sun from midday through to the last rays in the evening. The fully fitted modern kitchen is equipped with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a utility room houses washing machine and tumble dryer. The sitting room is in traditional cottage style with original beams and open fireplace. Upstairs, the cottage has two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) and family bathroom; a cot is available, and two further people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.
